The districts we work most are Bahçelievler, Zeytinburnu, Bakırköy, Başakşehir, Bağcılar and Eyüpsultan on the European side, and Ümraniye, Kadıköy, Ataşehir, Maltepe and Kartal on the Asian side. Alongside residential property, commercial real estate is a core part of our portfolio: we manage shops, offices and warehouses, including units in large trade centres such as İstoç and neighbourhood malls such as Olimpa.

- English throughout, from the first message to the monthly statement; Arabic and Russian are spoken too.
- Fully remote: where a signature in your name is needed, a power of attorney from the Turkish consulate in your country covers it.
- On Rent Monitoring the rent goes straight to your account; on Full Management it comes to us, forwarded within 3 business days, including to an account abroad.
- The tenant pays the letting fee; management is 5% or 10% of the rent collected, plus VAT — see the published fees.
- A monthly statement on both tiers; an inspection with a photo report every 6 months on Full Management.
