Privacy Notice (KVKK)

This notice is issued under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

What data do we process?

This website stores no personal data on its servers. When you fill in a form, the information is converted into a WhatsApp message on your own device and reaches us only through WhatsApp. What you type into the letter tools, such as the key release letter and the rent increase notice, is turned into a document on your own device only and is not sent to us or anywhere else.

What you share with us by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail falls into two groups:

• Property owners: name, contact details, identity details (Turkish ID, foreigner ID or passport number, and any copies of your ID, passport or title deed you send us), property details and title/property registration numbers. These are used for valuation, listing, collecting keys on your behalf, contracts and property management.
• Prospective tenants and buyers: name and contact details and, where we ask for them, declarations and documents on income, references and payment history. These are used only to assess the application and to share the result with the owner.

Legal basis

We process this data under KVKK art. 5. The grounds are performance of a contract (art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç: real-estate trading regulations and contract retention duties) and legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f: candidate assessment). Anything outside those grounds is processed only with your explicit consent. Data is kept for the retention periods the applicable legislation requires, then deleted or anonymised.

Who is it shared with?

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where legally required, and is never sold or transferred for marketing. Only property information (containing no personal data) is published on listing platforms.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may:

• ask whether we process your data and request information about it
• learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met
• require that such changes be notified to any third parties the data was transferred to
• object to results produced solely by automated analysis
• claim compensation for damage.

Send requests to the e-mail address above or by WhatsApp or phone; we respond within 30 days at the latest. If our answer does not resolve the matter you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all: no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts, images and page scripts are served from our own domain, and nothing is passed to advertising networks or social platforms.

The one third-party service we use is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not fingerprint you; it cannot follow you between sites or between visits. We see only aggregate figures: how many times a page was viewed, the country and device type a visit came from, and how quickly the page loaded. No personal profile is built and individual visitors cannot be identified. Because the measurement script loads from Cloudflare's servers, your IP address is technically visible to Cloudflare, which undertakes not to use or retain it for its own purposes. No ad measurement takes place.
