How to grant us listing authorisation for your property

Turkish regulation does not allow an agency to publish a property advertisement unless the registered owner has authorised it through the state e-Devlet portal. The process takes about two minutes, costs nothing, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Open the EİDS service

Sign in at turkiye.gov.tr and search for EİDS. Open the service listed as "Ticaret Bakanlığı / EİDS Taşınmaz İlanı Yayınlama İzni İşlemleri" (Ministry of Trade, property advertisement permission).

Choose "grant permission"

On the page that opens, press the green "İlan Yayınlama İzni Ver" ("grant advertisement permission") button.

Select your title deed

Pick the property from the list of title deeds registered to you and continue.

Enter our licence number

In the Yetki No (licence number) field enter 3417413. Turc Global will appear on screen. Confirm it is us before approving.

Last step

The screen shows a Taşınmaz Numarası (property registration number). Copy it and send it to us on WhatsApp. We start preparing your listing the same day.

Why is listing authorisation required?

Turkish real-estate trading regulation allows a property advertisement to be published only by a licensed business that the owner has explicitly authorised. The EİDS system exists to stop unauthorised and fraudulent listings: it puts you, the registered owner, in control of who is allowed to advertise your property. The authorisation is per property, and you can revoke it through the same e-Devlet screen whenever you choose.

What if I live abroad?

You still need an e-Devlet account. It requires a Turkish identity number (T.C. kimlik no) or, for foreign nationals, a yabancı kimlik numarası — the number issued with your residence permit or on purchase of the property. If you hold one, you can sign in and complete the authorisation from anywhere; nothing about the process requires you to be in Turkey.

If you do not have e-Devlet access, a representative can handle the authorisation under a power of attorney. You grant it at a Turkish notary or at a Turkish consulate in your country of residence. Tell us your situation on WhatsApp and we will explain exactly which route applies to you.

Is your property missing from the list?

If you bought the property as a foreign national and later became a Turkish citizen, the title deed usually stays registered under your old identity. That means your passport or yabancı kimlik numarası, not your new T.C. number. e-Devlet then shows no property and there is nothing to authorise. The EİDS screen offers a "no title deed" option; it is not for this case, and nothing on e-Devlet fixes it. The land registry has to match the deed to your new identity. Does granting the permission cost anything?

No. The EİDS transaction on e-Devlet is free and takes about two minutes, and you pay us nothing at this stage either. On a letting the tenant pays our fee, and on a sale you pay only when it completes, under a written service agreement.

Does this give you the power to sell or let my property?

No. The EİDS authorisation only allows us to publish the listing. It is not a power of attorney: it does not let us act at the land registry or sign anything on your behalf. The price, the tenant and the buyer remain your decisions.

Can I withdraw the permission later?

Yes, at any time, from the same EİDS screen. Once withdrawn, the business can no longer publish a new listing for that property. The authorisation is granted per property, so if you own several you decide for each one separately.

Where do I find the property registration number?

It is shown on the EİDS screen when you complete the transaction, as the Taşınmaz Numarası. Send it to us on WhatsApp and the listing work starts that day.
