How we write these cards

In Istanbul a residential complex, or site, is a group of blocks, usually gated, with shared facilities and its own management. This atlas holds 139 on the European side. We publish no prices, rents or rankings here: figures for your own flat come privately, on WhatsApp.

Each card is compiled from public sources: developer and public-housing project pages, news reports, the land registry's public parcel query where a card names a title type (with the month we looked), and OpenStreetMap for pins and station positions. We last updated the cards on 17 October 2026. Many facts rest on a single source and we have not visited every complex, so a year or a count can be wrong. Tell us, and we check it.

Walking times are map estimates: the straight-line distance to the station, times 1.3, at walking pace. Distances to the airports, Levent and Taksim are straight lines, not routes.

We publish no prices, service charges, listing counts, rankings or scores for any complex. Those figures belong to the owners who live there. You get yours privately: tap a door on your card.

The cards are our independent guide. We are not the developers or the site managements, and the cards are not their notices. Turc Global is a licensed estate agency in Bahçelievler since 2018 (licence No 3417413, verify), working across all of Istanbul.
