Modernist Ataköy blocks near the sea, with mid-sized flats
Ataköy 2. Kısım is the second phase of the original Ataköy plan, a mid-century modernist neighbourhood next to the first. Flats are smaller than in 1. Kısım, with a local bazaar, a school, the shore and the M3 and Marmaray close by. It is not a gated site, has no facilities, and renewal and heritage plans are unclear.

- The tenant. You approve the tenant before anything is signed.
- The rent. With full management, collected rent reaches your account within 3 working days, in Turkey or abroad.
