Ataköy 7‑8. Kısım is the last phase of the original Emlak Bankası plan, handed over with fitted kitchens and open sports areas. It is split into smaller managed sub-sites such as Bahar and Ata. The shore and Marmaray Ataköy are about ten minutes away, but there is no pool or gym.

Letting it without flying in

- The tenant. You approve the tenant before anything is signed.
- The rent. With full management, collected rent reaches your account within 3 working days, in Turkey or abroad.
