Ataköy 9‑10. Kısım is a late-1980s Emlak Bankası neighbourhood of tunnel-form and prefabricated blocks, part of the original Ataköy plan. Its strength is transport: M1A and the metrobus at Yenibosna are about four minutes away. It is not a gated site and has no pool or gym, and the E-5 runs along one side.
