Artaş is building Avrupa Konutları Güneşli in Bağcılar: 1,556 homes from one- to four-bedroom flats in 11 blocks, with 24 street-front shops. The blocks surround landscaped grounds with a reflection pool, and residents get an indoor pool, a fitness centre and walking tracks. Handovers are planned for 2027, and M3 Yeni Mahalle station is about 16 minutes on foot.
