Bomonti Residences by Rotana is a tower development in Bomonti, launched by Tahincioğlu, with a five-star Rotana hotel in a separate block. Residents can use hotel services alongside pools, hamam and a gym. The project was first sold as Nidapark Bomonti, before the Rotana rebrand.

Letting it without flying in
- Keys. If a relative, the management or another agent holds them, your signed key release letter brings them to us.
- The tenant. You approve the tenant before anything is signed.
