Cathay mixed-use project on Basın Ekspres with small flats
Nivo İstanbul is a Cathay Group mixed-use project on Basın Ekspres, combining homes, offices, home offices, a hotel and a shopping street. Flats are mostly 1+1 and 2+1, with a modular plan that can join them into a 3+1. Classic site facilities are thin, and the nearest M9 station is a walk away.
