Piyalepaşa İstanbul is Polat Holding's large urban-regeneration project in Beyoğlu, close to Taksim and the Golden Horn. It includes a big indoor sports and social centre, an open-air shopping street and two Marriott-branded hotels. The metro is a walk of around twenty minutes, and some phases have long delivery timelines.
