Most units are compact suites used by people who work in the textile trade, with larger flats and terrace homes on top. It has hotel-style facilities including an indoor pool, spa, hamam and concierge, and M1A Merter is about four minutes away.

Letting it without flying in
- Keys. If a relative, the management or another agent holds them, your signed key release letter brings them to us.
- The tenant. You approve the tenant before anything is signed.
- The rent. With full management, collected rent reaches your account within 3 working days, in Turkey or abroad.
- Visits. A photo report every 6 months and at each change of tenant.
