Sütlüce TOKİ Konutları is a small TOKİ and Beyoğlu Municipality renewal project on the Golden Horn shore, replacing informal housing. Blocks are recent and mid-rise, and upper floors look over the Golden Horn. There are no shared facilities, and rail access is only by metrobus or bus.
