Ataköy 1. Kısım is the first phase of the Ataköy plan, a mid-century modernist neighbourhood on pilotis. Flats are very large, density is low, and the M3, Marmaray, the shore and Galleria are all within walking distance. It is not a gated site, has no facilities, and heritage debates may limit rebuild plans.
