Avrupa Konutları TEM is a large, established Artaş estate in Gaziosmanpaşa, built with Emlak Konut. Most of the land is shared green space, with several semi-Olympic indoor pools, a club-style social building, a lake café and sports pitches. It sits right on the TEM, which is handy for drivers but noisy on that side.
